Corona period: Some preventive measures in Ayurveda

The goal of the Ayurvedic medical community is to make corona resistance more authentic.

Awareness about social distancing and hygiene methods is not mentioned here as it will be understood by everyone by this time.

Aim of preventive measures

Preventive measures prescribed by Ayurveda

1) Chemical service:

a) Triphala chemical, which is superior to chemicals and has the ability to destroy fatty bile properties, can be considered first. That is, purify honey / ghee gold / silver / copper ash along with triphala powder and consume it in prescribed quantities as prescribed by the doctor.

b) In addition to this chemical, Chyavanaprasam, Agasthyarasayanam, Chittamritin Panakam, Vilyadi Gulika, Sudarshanam Gulika, Gandhirasavam, Ushirasavam and Shirishasavam can also be given.

c) Do not allow the diet to be too cold, spicy, sour, spicy food, or sleep deprived at night. Daytime sleep may be allowed a little. You can also try coriander coffee and mint coffee. Yoga and pranayama can be practiced to avoid mental anxieties.

2) Oil for the body (Abhyangam)

Lakshadweep oil or sandalwood oil can be used.

3) To be applied on the body (external application)

Poovamkurunnal, Muyalchevi, Tulsi, Vishnukranti, Plasintholi and Kadaladi can be roasted in hot water.

4) Bath (bath)

You can take a bath with boiled water with spices or boiled water with soft skin.

5) Criticism

Anu oil / Lakshadweep ointment can be applied daily with a suitable nasal spray.

6) To smoke the room

Can be used for cholera, ramacham, pachila, googulu, chenchalyam, white conifer / invincible incense / wounded incense
